How much does it cost to get started?
Our lead pricing varies slightly based on the competitiveness of your specific market territory. However, we do not charge setup fees, onboarding fees, or monthly retainers. To launch your campaign, we simply require a deposit covering your first 2 leads. This deposit is 100% applied toward your initial qualified leads,
Will our leads be sold to other cleaning companies too?
Absolutely not. Unlike lead marketplaces where 5 companies fight over the same low-ball bid, our leads are 100% exclusive. When we send you a qualified lead, that prospect is yours alone. We do not resell leads.
What happens if I get a lead that isn't qualified?
You don't pay for it. Our agreement is simple: If a lead turns out to be a restaurant (when you requested offices), residential, or just a "tire kicker" with no genuine interest, we void the cost of that lead. You only pay for leads that pass our 4-point inspection.
How do you generate these leads?
We do not use "shared lists" or generic databases. We run our own targeted B2B outreach campaigns specifically under the commercial cleaning umbrella. We act as your prospecting team, identifying local businesses actively looking for new janitorial providers, vetting them, and handing the lead directly to you.
Can I pause the leads if I get fully booked?
Yes. We know that staffing is often harder than sales in this industry. If you close a large facility and need to focus on hiring/operations for a few weeks, simply let us know. You can pause or throttle your lead volume at any time so you never grow faster than your operations can handle.
